On 30 June 2023, the Information Regulator issued a notice extending the deadline for submission of annual reports in terms of Section 32 and Section 83(4) of the Promotion of Access to Information Act, No. 2 of 2020 from 30 June 2023 to 7 July 2023.
The reason for the extensionis due to the challenges with the online portal for the submission. The online portal can be accessed through the following link:
