When our clients receive directives from the DMPR relating to health and safety compliance, we respond immediately to ensure compliance and protect their legal position.

In the past few weeks alone, our expert health and safety facilitators have prioritised urgent matters for two major mining houses who had been issued with stoppage instructions in terms of Section 54 of the MHSA, and needed urgent legal compliance assistance, to obtain upliftment of the stoppage instructions.
