When a third party applied for a prospecting right over our client’s land, including historic, movable gold mine dumps, our team acted quickly.

During the 30-day public participation process followed under the National Environmental Management Act, we reviewed over 500 pages of environmental, technical and legal documents to identify compliance gaps, assess environmental risks, and evaluate the potential impact on our client’s property and operations.

We focused on understanding exactly what needed to be done.

We considered the various interests at play and worked as a team to provide solution-focused advice with a proactive mindset.
